Waited two hours to be seen, ignored customers at the counter (waited over 5 mints still no one asked to help me) did not offer water to those that waited over 1 1/2 wait already, had to ask when I started to feel sick from the heat. Now I know why I have not been back in 5 years but unfortunately it’s the only thing open in this city at the moment and being a single working mom it’s all I had for today so I had to endure the horrible customer service slowly and painfully. I will definitely make room in my schedule for better customer service next time. (2 hour wait) 🤦🏼‍♀️ Can’t give zero stars so unfortunately they get one by default 🤦🏼‍♀️
