Will never go back. Asked for a head and beard shave. I understand no straight razor but no razor at all was told when done by ONLY clippers. The head shave was painful as the stylist pressed to hard and actually tapped clippers to hard on scalp. As for beard the clippers were poorly used and areas missed. Pretty sad when I have to come home to actually take care of it correctly. Lost my business.
